Diagnostic Tools:

The "Health Check Diagnostic" is specially designed to establish whether your organisation is "doing the right thing" when it comes to Purchasing & Supply Chain Management. And with the growth of e-procurement, we offer you the "e-reverse auction" tool, designed to give you some rough indication as to which categories of spend suit e-reverse auctions. Although our own audit methodology is considerably more detailed and sophisticated than these tools (including the Procurement Audit Toolkit we've built for the National Audit Office), these free tools will nevertheless give you some useful pointers for your own internal reviews.
