How it works:

Step 1.

Simply send us by post or email (pdf files) your latest 3 months copy invoices for those categories that you want us to review and which you are happy to switch supplier as long as we can prove significant cost savings.

We will then contact you to understand your requirements in greater detail to ensure that we have a level playing field when comparing prices and value.



Step 2.

Within 7 to 10 days, we email you the results of our tender, clearly showing you the cost savings that you will achieve by joining the BSA Consortium. If you like our results, we then recommend that the supplier visits you, to reassure you that they are a quality supplier. On joining the BSA Consortium you then start ordering from them to enjoy the savings, knowing that we are continually monitoring their service levels and keeping in touch with you for as long as your company is a Member.




BSA Consortium FAQs

The joining fee is £495 + VAT, but this fee is waived if your organisation utilises the BSA Consortium for two or more categories of supply, if you are an existing client through our Consultancy/Audit/Training Services or if you are a member of one of our Alliance Partners.

We earn a small fee from the suppliers but importantly are not tied to any one provider, thus remaining independent. The competing suppliers (two per category) are chosen after thorough audits and only remain partners by demonstrating ongoing value and service excellence. They are all capable of delivering throughout the UK.

Ultimately we recognise that you will only stay if you receive significant initial cost savings and ongoing value. We are confident that you will enjoy these benefits, so much so that we won't lock you into the BSA Consortium. You are free to leave at anytime without penalty charges.
