Yes. All the suppliers have different payment terms, choose the one that suits you.
Ring your local area provider using the same emergency number you ring at the moment.
If you change to a supplier who gives you savings on your bills, you will see the difference financially. There will be no other changes.
Your appointed consultants will continually support you, helping you with problems or questions that may arise. First post us copies of your last bills for Electricity and/or Gas supply, and inform us of the expiry date of your existing Utilities contract, assuming you have one. We will then work with our Utilities specialists to analyse your current charges compared to what is available in the marketplace. We will then present our findings. You have no obligation to join the BSA Consortium unless you wish to progress and enjoy the improved supply arrangement.
Assuming that you have an existing contract, then on or before the exact deadline date for renewal you must write to the existing supplier on company letter head giving formal notice to terminate the contract. This is to ensure that you are not forced to continue for another year with the supplier's rates. The supplier will not warn you themselves as they seek your renewal, even if it is by default!
Each contract that our Utilities partner offers is selected using our experience and knowledge of the market and is specific to your site(s) by meter, consumption, region, profile, payment type & unit rates.
Note that our specialists can advise on legal, valid ways to terminate the contract early which may be something that is desirable particularly if your existing contract is uncompetitive.
We will let you know exactly when you will be seamlessly transferred to the new supplier. Our Utilities specialists hold the contract end date information on a database, so that they can review market rates on your behalf just prior to contract expiry, to ensure that you continue to obtain the very best rates over the long term.
